We will always try to accommodate walk-ins wherever possible. However, we have limited space, so we always recommend you call ahead to check availability.

There will always be a vegetarian/vegan option on our menu and we are happy to accommodate gluten-free customers. Our Sunday Roast offers a dedicated freshly made vegan alternative. We request that you inform our staff if you have a dietary preference when booking so that we can best accommodate your needs.
We are happy to accommodate allergies and the more notice we have the better. If you suffer from a food allergy or intolerance, we would appreciate you informing us at the time of booking and you must inform a member of the team when placing your order. Please note that all food is prepared in our kitchen, which handles nuts, shellfish and other allergens so there is always a risk of cross-contact.
We have a beautiful pub garden in the heart of the Arford hamlet where the river Ar gently meanders. It is the perfect place to enjoy a drink and grab a bite to eat on a sunny day.
We are proudly one of Hampshire’s most dog friendly and welcome your four-legged friends in all areas of our village pub. We’ll even provide water bowls and treats for your dogs to keep them happy! We only ask that they are kept under control whilst on the premises.
Yes, we have a free Wi-Fi network, despite Arford's reputation for terrible signal!
Yes, we have several areas of the pub that can be hired for private events. Our newly refurbished Function Room can accommodate up to 20-30 people in multiple layouts. It is also possible to hire our main bar or restaurant for wakes, birthday parties and more.

No, but we offer a junior portion for Sunday Roasts.
Our menu is constantly evolving and adjusting to seasonal weather and produce. However, we endeavour to provide traditional pub dishes, Scotch Eggs, Fish and Chips, Sticky-Toffee Pudding and a hearty roast dinner every Sunday. We would be happy to discuss the day’s menu if you contact us.
